I run a small business and recently started receiving Google reviews from customers. While it's great to see feedback, I’m unsure how to manage them effectively. How should I respond to positive and negative reviews?

Is it important to ask customers for reviews, and if so, what’s the best way to request them without being too pushy? I’m also looking for affordable Google reviews to boost my online presence.

Additionally, any tips on dealing with fake reviews or how to improve my online reputation overall would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing your experiences and advice!
